Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Position Overview This role involves delivering professional nursing care in the operating room environment, supporting patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures. Key responsibilities include performing scrub functions such as handling instruments and supplies, circulating functions like monitoring patient conditions and managing overall nursing care, and assisting surgeons with procedures including hemostasis, suturing, and patient positioning. The role also requires preparing operating rooms and equipment for surgery. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.Preferably, prior OR experience.Diploma from an accredited nursing program. Additional Information Requires availability for full-time shifts, including rotating holiday, weekend, and evening call.
