About the Role

Provides high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, both directly and indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
• Communicates patient’s clinical condition, responding promptly to changes or treatment responses.
• Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Supports the nursing profession through collegial interactions and professional practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with current licensure in the state.
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, obtained upon hire or during orientation, maintained throughout employment.

Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
