About the Role

Provides high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, both directly and indirectly. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to coordinate care and communicate clinical conditions effectively. Responds promptly to changes in patient status and demonstrates knowledge of growth and development to deliver age-appropriate care. Supports the nursing profession through collegial interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with current Connecticut licensure.
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, either upon hire or within orientation, maintained throughout employment.
