About the role
Seeking a full-time Inpatient RN responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care according to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate care plans.
- Educate patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized nursing training program.
- Preferred OR experience and scrubbing skills.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
