Registered Nurse - Oncology Infusion

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a cancer treatment setting. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to oncology patients, including infusion and cancer treatments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the appropriate state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience, especially in oncology infusion or cancer care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and physical mobility to perform duties effectively.
