Minimum Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Clinical Execution: Delivering direct nursing care while strictly adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders.
Case Management: Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serving as the central hub for all medical disciplines (doctors, therapists, specialists) to ensure unified patient treatment.
Strategic Discharge Planning: Evaluating and organizing the resources and steps necessary for a patient’s safe transition out of the facility.
