Registered Nurse Observation

Responsibilities

• Providing holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and protocols.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized patient care plans.
• Coinciding communication among multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintaining accuracy in monitoring patient conditions, recording observations, and responding promptly to clinical changes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or ARC.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
