Registered Nurse - Nursery and Postpartum - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse – Nursery and Post-Partum Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the LDRP setting, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Lead and direct unlicensed assistive personnel, collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredCurrent IL nursing licenseBLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)Minimum 1 year of acute care or labor and delivery/post-partum experience (preferred) Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, communicate effectively with team members, and promote safety and quality outcomes. May float to Post-Partum at Evanston Hospital and participate in on-call rotations.
