Registered Nurse - Nursery and Postpartum - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse – Nursery and Post-Partum, providing compassionate and safe care in the LDRP setting. Responsibilities: Independently deliver nursing care, utilize the nursing process for patient planning, coordinate with healthcare team, and supervise unlicensed personnel. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of acute care or labor and delivery/post-partum experience. Key Duties: Ensure high-quality patient outcomes, promote safety, and contribute to positive patient experiences. Additional Requirements: Willingness to float to other units, participate in on-call duties, and work rotating shifts including weekends.
