Position Highlights
- Sign on Bonus: $25,000, eligible for 18 months of LDRP experience
What You Will Do
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Pediatric Unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience
What You Will Need
- Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (American Heart Association)
- Licenses: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year nursery / post-partum experience preferred
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Labor and Delivery/post-partum experience

Schedule
- Full time, 36 hours per week
- Hours: 1900-0730, with weekend rotation
- On Call: per unit requirements 12 hours per 6 week schedule
Qualifications

- Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80
- Pay is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors
