Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, duties, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, etc. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections that have real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to decide which sections to include. Content: - Summary: "Join VA Black Hills Health Care System as a Nurse Manager and lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality - Veteran-centered care. In this frontline leadership role - you will guide nursing operations - develop and evaluate staff - strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration - advance evidence-based improvements - and help shape care delivery that supports safe - effective - equitable outcomes for Veterans while advancing the organization's mission and strategic goals." That's a prose description. Could be under "About the role" or maybe "Summary". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put summary under "About the role". - Duties: list of duties (bulleted). Should be under "Responsibilities" (or maybe "Duties"). - Qualifications: includes Basic Requirements (English proficiency, education, licensure, etc.) and Grade Determinations (complex). Also Preferred Experience. That's a lot of detail. We need to preserve all substantive info. Should we put under "Qualifications" heading? Yes. - Skills: maybe from Preferred Experience: Strong organizational and communication skills, Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Also maybe "BSN preferred", "Previous managerial experience preferred", "Previous Primary Care/Acute Medicine experience preferred". Those could be under "Skills" or "Preferred Experience". The instruction says we can use Skills heading for list of skills. We'll include those. - Benefits: The posting includes "VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: VA Nurse Total Rewards Pay: Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards Paid Time Off: 50 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year) Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life/long-term care (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm - hours may vary Telework: Ad hoc may be authorized... Virtual: This is not a virtual position Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized" Thus we have Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. Pay: "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". Schedule: "Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm - hours may vary". Telework info maybe part of Schedule or separate but we can include under Schedule. We need to avoid filler like "Not Authorized". That's substantive? It says Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized, PCS: Not Authorized. That's specific info; we could include under Benefits maybe as a note. But we might not need a separate section; we can include within Benefits as a sentence. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state them, so we can include. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:
