Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care with various departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with mission and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• BLS certification required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, or other specialized certifications may be needed based on unit
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and other physical tasks
