Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) (11011N)

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or other unit-specific credentials as required
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of care delivered by team members
• Cookordinate care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
