About the role
Full-time Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department of a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with therapy teams to support patient recovery and return to daily activities.
- Manage a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1.
- Perform tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and various physical movements necessary for patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state or with a compact licensure.
- Experience is preferred but not required; six months of LPN or RN experience is advantageous.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS (training provided if needed).
- Physical ability to meet job demands.
