Position Details Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) Department: Emergency Department Location: Mercy Hospital Logan County - Guthrie, OK Status: Full-Time, 36 hours per week Shift: Nights, 7pm-7am Rotating weekends and holidays Key Benefits & Compensation Sign-on bonus available: $15,000 for new grads, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses! Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital providing coordinated care to Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients with a 5:1 patient/nurse ratio. Nurses collaborate with therapy teams to deliver high-quality care aimed at restoring patients' pre-hospitalization lifestyles. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Licensure: Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintained per state requirements.Experience: No experience required; six months of LPN or RN experience preferred.Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.Certifications: Required (training provided if needed): ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) or completion within 30 days of hire Additional unit-specific certifications as required or within specified timeframe.
