About the role
Join a dynamic emergency department as a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality patient care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with therapy teams to ensure coordinated care and facilitate patient recovery.
- Managing a patient/nurse ratio of 5:1 to deliver personalized attention.
- Performing physical assessments, administering treatments, and responding to emergencies during night shifts.
- Utilizing certifications such as BLS and ACLS to support patient safety and care standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- Preferred but not required: minimum six months of healthcare experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and other physical tasks.
- Training provided for unit-specific certifications if not already held.
