Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role: RN House Operations Administrator, serving as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, providing expert clinical guidance, leadership, and support to nursing staff. Key Responsibilities Serve as a clinical expert, mentoring and coaching nurses to promote professional growth and excellence in patient care.Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols and practices.Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and analyze data to develop evidence-based care protocols.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and accreditation standards, assisting with regulatory audits.Address patient and family concerns, advocating for high-quality care and resolving issues.Stay updated on nursing research and advancements, implementing evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.Maintain accurate records of educational activities, quality initiatives, and compliance efforts, generating reports as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.Minimum 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical/surgical or critical care.Current Illinois RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
