Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Hours: Part Time, 20 hrs/week, Night shift (11pm-7am) Role Overview: Provide professional nursing care by assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, documenting treatments, and evaluating outcomes. Ensure patient safety, promote a therapeutic environment, and collaborate with departments for admissions, transfers, and discharges. Engage with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and contribute to interdisciplinary planning. Support department goals, participate in staff training, and supervise direct care when needed, all within budget constraints. Qualifications Nursing degree and current Illinois RN licenseCPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days (training provided if needed)Preferred: One year of psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systemsMaintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional competence Skills: Compassionate patient interaction, teamwork, documentation accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
