Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate as part of a healthcare team to achieve unit goals.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient progress, and ensure effective communication.
• Support unit operations and contribute to patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; at least 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient setting required.
• Active Illinois RN license and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Associate Degree holders must obtain a Bachelor's within five years of hire.
