About the role
Provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when necessary.
- Serve as a resource for staff on complex patient needs and celebrate patient milestones.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure as per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is advantageous.
