Registered Nurse - NICU - Nights

Role Overview Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and document care. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with the healthcare team to achieve unit goals. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status, monitor progress, and record observations.Plan and evaluate individualized patient care.Perform nursing duties within scope of practice.Delegate tasks to other staff members as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Deliver safe, effective nursing care during night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.Maintain compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.
