Registered Nurse - NICU FT Nights

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, using evidence-based practices to deliver individualized care tailored to diverse patient needs. Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, ensuring their goals guide care plans.Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research activities.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering a competent and professional workforce.Develop protocols collaboratively to improve patient outcomes and resource utilization.Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.Certifications: BLS, NRP (or equivalent), and others as specified.Strong clinical, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
