Registered Nurse - NICU FT Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting system policies and promoting service excellence. Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice. Collaborates with patients and families, ensuring culturally competent care tailored to individual needs. Coordinates care delivery, documents accurately, and fosters teamwork through effective communication and participation in performance improvement activities. Supports professional development by serving as a preceptor or mentor, promotes research and evidence-based practices, and adheres to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with all certifications (BLS, NRP, RN license) obtained upon hire. A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience is essential. Skills include critical thinking, clinical knowledge, teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
