Registered Nurse - NICU FT Nights

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and professional standards. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—adapting care to individual and cultural needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver relationship-based care and partner with patients and families to align care goals.Coordinate safe, effective care through interdisciplinary communication and timely documentation.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.Mentor and serve as preceptor to promote a qualified future workforce.Participate in protocol development, data collection, and resource management to optimize care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Diploma Nursing degree; Bachelor's preferred.Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.Required certifications include BLS and NRP or equivalent, obtained upon hire.Strong critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and commitment to professional development.
