Registered Nurse - Neuro/Trauma Intermediate Care - Full-Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure age-appropriate, standards-based care.
• Communicate clearly, build relationships, take accountability, seek continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Provide professional nursing care, supervise and collaborate with team members, and promote a positive patient experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum of 1 year of IMC or PCU nursing experience.
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications; additional certifications as needed.
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
