About the role
Professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships
- Supervise and direct team members
- Ensure age-appropriate, high-quality patient care in line with standards
- Promote continuous improvement in patient experience
- Take initiative for professional growth and team development
- Be accountable for performance and patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience
- Additional certifications as required by department
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
