Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care - Full-Time Nights

About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-level nursing care to patients in a night shift (12×3 schedule).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Supervise team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure care aligns with unit standards.
• Maintain clear communication and foster a collaborative environment.
• Continuously seek improvements in patient experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Hold a current Basic Life Support certification.
• Possess or be eligible for a professional nursing license in Texas.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience required.
