Responsibilities
- Serve as a healthcare team leader by establishing personalized patient relationships
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey
- Take responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience
- Must complete a Board-approved refresher course if licensure has been inactive for five years or more and no recent licensing in another state
