Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, patient-centered care to critically ill neurological patients
• Perform complex assessments and manage ventilators and drips
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver specialized neurological ICU care and ensure patient safety
• Support patient recovery and contribute to a collaborative healthcare team focused on compassionate, innovative, and quality care delivery

Requirements

• Strong critical care nursing experience
• Excellent assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ventilator management and infusion therapies
