About the Role
As a Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Registered Nurse, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering safe, high-quality clinical care. Paoli Neonatal Unit is a Level II unit, with all infants requiring surgical needs stabilized and transferred. The unit is supported by physicians from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
This role offers opportunities to develop and grow your career through certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) with tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year. You can also engage in hospital and system-wide nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
Requirements
- One year of recent acute care nurse experience (Neonatal nurse experience preferred)
- RN Diploma or ASN required (BSN preferred)
- PA RN license required
- Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) preferred
- NRP preferred
- Ability to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement
Schedule
- Full-Time (36 hours per week), Part-Time, Per Diem, or Weekend Program options
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
