Registered Nurse - Neonatal ICU - RN

About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to neonatal patients in the ICU. Manage complex medical conditions, administer medications, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients' health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in Minnesota
• Experience in neonatal ICU preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
