Registered Nurse - Neonatal ICU

Role: NICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III/IV NICU.Perform comprehensive assessments and administer medications and therapies.Operate advanced monitoring and life-support equipment.Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.Educate and support families throughout patient treatment.Maintain accurate documentation and follow evidence-based protocols.Contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Qualifications And Skills Valid RN licensure with neonatal intensive care experience preferred.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and technical skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication and family support skills.
