Registered Nurse Navigator - ENT

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care activities, providing patient education, and facilitating entrance into care programs within a clinical setting. It includes serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, supporting pre- and post-hospital care, and ensuring continuity and quality of care through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient activities, including guiding new patients and managing follow-up care.Educate patients about their conditions and promote understanding for ongoing care.Assist in diagnosis and treatment support, collaborating with healthcare providers.Act as a resource, communicate with patients via various methods, and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.Support patient navigation through clinics and support services, including social and support groups.Maintain systems for timely follow-up and surveillance of patients post-treatment.Provide nursing care and assist physicians during procedures.Educate team members and reinforce patient and family education tailored to individual needs. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).Strong communication, clinical support, and coordination skills.Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
