Registered Nurse - MICU - Part-time

Position Overview Provides direct nursing care in a Medical ICU setting, adhering to organizational policies and protocols.Implements, monitors, and communicates patient care plans and conditions.Serves as primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care.Executes physician and nursing orders accurately.Assesses and collaborates on discharge planning with the healthcare team. Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse with credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire.Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.Diploma from an accredited nursing program. Skills & Attributes Strong teamwork and communication skills.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care.Willingness to teach and support new graduates.
