About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, following established nursing standards and models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.”

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures and document care
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes
• Manage evidence-based practices to improve care quality
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery
• Advocate for patients to ensure holistic and compassionate care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient conditions
• Teach self-management strategies
• Uphold quality standards to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications (obtained within 30 days of employment)
• At least one year of clinical experience
