Role: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit (Nights) Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues via in-person, phone, and written methods.Provide individualized patient and family education tailored to their learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Preferred charge nurse experience.Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Current Illinois nursing licensure.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with professional standards.
