Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - RN

About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in a medical surgical unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team
• Participate in rounds and discharge planning
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in state of practice
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
