Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical PRN

Position Overview Department: Med/SurgWork Location: UAB St. Vincent's East Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the primary point of contact.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess and assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license or eligibility in Alabama.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least one year of nursing experience.
