About the Role
Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions effectively, and serve as the primary coordinator among disciplines for comprehensive patient care. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately and assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or eligibility in Alabama
- Valid BLS certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of nursing experience
