About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg unit to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of care provided by team members
- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with the organization's mission, values, and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure
- Preferred hospital experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and prolonged standing
