Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical, Night Shift

About the Role

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical-Surgical care, providing comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient conditions and developing care plans
• Providing direct nursing care and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to standards
• Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or valid compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Preferred: hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment, time management, and care coordination skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
