Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care, collaborating with the care team, and advocating for patients and families. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.Coordinate patient flow and deliver care based on individualized care plans.Document patient conditions, interventions, and incidents accurately.Respond to patient concerns, provide education, and promote patient- and family-centered care.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance activities.Mentor and foster growth among nursing staff, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Support organizational goals through quality and satisfaction improvements. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), maintained upon hire.Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
