Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per state laws and hospital policies, employing critical thinking to assess, plan, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Delegate tasks appropriately, collaborate with team members, and ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Nursing preferred;
• At least 1+ year of inpatient RN experience required;
• Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license from Illinois;
• CPR certification;
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within one year.
