About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serves as an intermediary between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating families on health issues.
• Prioritize patient needs, coordinate patient flow, and ensure positive patient experience.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for quality enhancement.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support the growth of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment.
• Support shared governance and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Perform other assigned tasks, ensure compliance with policies, and promote a professional, compassionate healthcare environment.
