Role Overview: The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability to provide high-quality nursing services. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (required); Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible.Hospital experience preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles. Licenses & Certifications Current Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license (required).Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification (required).Additional specialty certifications may be applicable.
