Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Neurology, Night Shift

Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth, accountability, and maintaining high standards of practice. The nurse coordinates patient care activities among all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care according to policies and proceduresAssess patient needs and develop individualized care plansImplement and evaluate nursing interventionsSupervise and coordinate care activities of team membersEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligibleCurrent Registered Nurse license in the relevant state and BLS certificationBachelor’s degree preferred; advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plusHospital nursing experience preferred Additional Information Available for night shifts, 12-hour shifts from 7PM to 7AMSign-on bonus available up to $10,000
