Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Days - Full-Time

About the Role

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in a Medical Surgical (Med Surg) unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Assess patient needs
• Ensure quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission and values

Requirements

• Active RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN)

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in hospital settings
• Specialty certifications such as BLS
• Both new graduate and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements required for nursing duties
