Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer prescribed medications
• Educate patients, families, and significant others on health topics
• Participate in healthcare quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Provide clinical leadership and support ongoing professional development
• Complete assigned goals and duties

Requirements

• Minimum computer literacy
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
