About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for providing high-quality, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care aligned with unit standards
• Communicating clearly and fostering a collaborative environment
• Taking accountability for performance and seeking continuous improvement in patient experience
• Demonstrating initiative for professional growth and team development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification and additional certifications as required
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience
