Role Overview Provides direct nursing care within a MedSurg department, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Responsibilities:Implement and monitor patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient conditions.Coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure seamless patient management.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess patient discharge needs and collaborate with healthcare team members for planning. Qualifications And Skills Must hold an active or eligible RN license in Alabama, with a diploma from an accredited nursing program. Minimum Of One Year RN Experience Required. Certification in BLS from AHA or ARC obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.
